Recommended daily intake: Mix ~1/4 scoop of powder (2,25 g) with 50-75 ml of water. Drink 1 serving daily [1 serving = ~1/4 scoop (2,25 g)].

Ingredients: beta-alanine, citrulline malate, betaine anhydrous, creatine monohydrate, L-tyrosine, choline bitartrate, anti-caking agent (E551), flavourings^3,5,10, caffeine anhydrous, acidity regulators (E330, E296)¹, flavourings^{1,2,4,6,7,8,9,12}, flavouring¹¹, acidity regulator/s [(E296)^{2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12}, (E330)^11,12], vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), niacin (nicotinic acid), salt, red beet juice concetrate^{2,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12}, black carrot concentrate^4,9,  sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, steviol glycosides from Stevia), colour/s [(E160a)^1,2,3,5,8,12, (E104)¹, (E132)¹⁰].  E104: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
